Equity Based Sliding Scale




This table is meant as a guideline and not as a comprehensive measure of your economic status. This is a place for you to start thinking and a place where our conversation can start.

Accessibility range


  • My basic needs are rarely met.  I often have to make difficult decisions about what to go without.

  • I don’t have enough resource to be granted credit or personal loans.

  • I have housing instability or deficiency

  • I rely on hand outs and assistance programs to provide free or discounted transportation.

  • I am unable to receive public assistance because I do not have documentation, past criminal record or other reasons.

  • My medical needs are often neglected.

  • I have no expendable income

Community range


  • I frequently stress about and/ or are unable to meet my basic needs.

  • I have debt, at times I have to decide between paying down debts or meeting basic needs

  • I rent lower end properties or have housing instability

  • I am unemployed or underemployed, transportation is a consideration in weekly/ monthly budget

  • I qualify for public assistance but I am getting by.

  • I have regular medical expenses that are not covered by insurance

  • I have limited expendable income

Full Fee


  • I may stress about meeting basic needs but I am generally able to attain them.

  • I may have some debt but it does not prevent me from meeting basic needs

  • I have some choice about the neighborhood  I live and the number of people I live with.

  • I own or lease a car or I can afford Uber/ Lift when necessary.

  • I have health insurance through an employer or Marketplace and other benefits

  • I have some expendable income

  • I can take a vacation annually or every few years with some financial planning

Benefactor range


  • I am comfortably able to meet my basic needs

  • Paying down debt and bills is not a stress on monthly budget

  • I may own my home or rent a higher end property

  • I own or lease a car, I don’t generally worry about the finances of daily transportation.

  • I have employer based health insurance  I have a retirement account and view retirement was something I will likely be able to do.

  • I have access to generational wealth

  • I can take a vacation annually and take time off when needed without concern

  • ​Payment can be made through Venmo (@Ames-Capomacchio) or Cash App ($AmesCap).  Please include date of service you are paying for.  

  • Payment is due at time of session.  If you need other arrangements let me know.  

  • Cancellation fee of 50% your typical session cost for cancellations under 24 hours.  One emergency/ last minute  cancellation under 24 hours per calendar year will be permitted without charge. ​
